Introducing your host: Conor Ryan

Conor started his career in his hometown of Wellington as a Marketing Coordinator at a recruitment agency, which led to his passion for recruitment.

His understanding of the importance of candidate experience comes from working as a Recruitment Consultant in the Digital Marketing sector. As our moderator, Conor will be asking the nitty gritty questions and sparking debate on all aspects of this topic.
