With a focus on TA Strategy and leading their Global Talent Acquisition team, she's committed to revolutionizing remote hiring!

Carlos Escutia is the founder and CEO of GroWrk, a leading and global technology platform that specializes in IT asset management for some of the world’s largest and fastest-growing globally distributed companies. The GroWrk platform unifies asset procurement, visibility, lifecycle management, security, and process automation across IT, allowing companies to optimize resources, compliance, experience, and technology spend in over 150 countries seamlessly.

Ben is obsessed with all things ‘future’ and is passionate about building world-class TA capability globally. In 2020, he launched Bond Global, an embedded talent consultancy, and since, his team has helped build some of the coolest scale-ups across Cleantech, Deeptech, and Biotech, and with some of the world's most recognisable enterprise brands.

Sam has been working in Recruitment and Talent Management for over 5 years. His experience lies mostly within Engineering and cleantech environments across the UK, Canada and the USA.. This includes the fusion, nuclear and EV sectors. Sam works with startups, remotely, to design and develop their talent attraction model, implementing HR policies and creating world class talent functions.
