Our new update makes it possible for you and your hiring team to communicate and collaborate in Teamtailor. Now you'll have a dedicated spot for your communication within a recruiting process. 

Make sure you have the right conditions to work together with your team and make better hiring decisions together. With Collaborate you'll be able to work more efficiently, avoid misunderstandings and recruit even faster. 

When you pin a message, you'll make sure that everyone on your hiring team can see it. It can be pratical to pin messages regarding instructions, advice or demands that you have for this recruitment. Messages that are pinned, will turn yellow, show in the right column, and will always be visible for the hiring team.
