We’ve made it easy for candidates to show you where they are and how close they are to your locations 🎉
They can now add their location directly in the job application form or their Connect settings. You’ll also be able to add or edit locations for candidates through the candidate profile or the sourcing extension.
There's now a new filter on the Candidates page. Filter candidates based on their distance from a selected company location. Simply choose whether you want to see people "less than" or "more than" a certain distance away. In the Job view, you can filter candidates by their distance from either a specific job location or any job location associated with that role.

Every company and every job can have different demands. That’s why you can choose to collect location on a per-job basis in the application settings. This gives you the flexibility to get exactly the information you need for each role.
