What were your hiring process and recruitment challenges prior to Teamtailor?

Before using Teamtailor, we had lengthy and manual processes with high volumes of applications. Our time was spent on lots of repetitive actions as well as extensive recruitment admin tasks.

What made you choose Teamtailor?

We chose Teamtailor because it is easy to use. It is also very cost effective and has really good automations and functionality built in.

Which Teamtailor features and functionalities do you use the most?

We use a number of Teamtailor features, including:

  • Synching calendars with the platform so candidates can book interviews
  • Recording, transcribing and summarizing interviews with candidates
  • Tailoring automated triggers in our hiring flow to make the process more efficient
  • The AI feature, Co-pilot, for communications with candidates and finding existing talent within our candidate pool

What are some of the concrete ways Teamtailor has helped you?

Our time-to-offer has reduced since using Teamtailor. We also now manage the entire hiring process within the ATS, including all interviews and correspondence with candidates.

We also find the interface with our career-site to be seamless and now have much more accurate and detailed reporting using the analytics feature.

What would you say to other companies thinking about moving over to Teamtailor?

Spend time getting to know all the features and functionality available as they can really help save time and energy on admin, helping you to focus on the candidates and your hiring managers.
