Founded in 2015, Scandinavian Executive has built a network of over 8,000 qualified and experienced interim managers. Their focus is on all roles in the management team and those who report to the management team.

We can run about 4-8 cases per person at the same time, which is more than before. This allows us to communicate with multiple candidates and tailor the messages, saving hours of work while maintaining the quality of our dialogue. Michael has worked with sales in various positions, roles and business during his 40 year career. Sales management and complex sales are key areas and his home turf. With over 10 years in the interim business he has learned to grip and understand many different segments and levels within a company, also worked with transformation and development projects through his extensive network of consultants that has been built up over his career.

What were your recruitment challenges prior to Teamtailor?

Manual processes, spreadsheets and file handling of various word, PDF or other material.

What made you choose Teamtailor?

We knew that we needed to increase our capacity to be able to run multiple cases at the same time. Also our history of a consultant and search process needed to speed up and be more reliable.

Which Teamtailor features and functionalities do you use the most?

We keep track of consultants in our network, update information and welcome new consultants daily. We also send information to these and when we have an Interim Case we use TeamTailor to handle the process from initial search, first contact, prepare and perform interviews with help of interview kit, rank our candidates and move them forward in the process. We also inform about outcome and possible rejection and use the NPS survey to measure candidate satisfaction.

What tips do you have for others in the industry?

Keep your data in a format that can be built upon further down the road. Keep candidates informed where they are in the process and be quick with "bad news" instead of waiting to share this... Be systematic when you "tag" candidates and use a logical way of keeping track of specific competencies and other important data.
