Played a crucial role in developing advanced AI technology that helps TA teams streamline their recruitment. By leveraging AI and ChatGPT, Hubert is reshaping how high-volume roles are filled. The technology also significantly reduces bias and enhances the candidate experience. Before Hubert, Fredrik founded and led Nepa – a listed consumer research and data science company in Stockholm. Fredrik has over 15 years of experience in hyper-growth tech companies.

Lauri's job involves an ongoing dialogue with the HR, Marketing, Communications and Business leaders of top Nordic employers. Focused on employer brand research, creative concepts and recruitment marketing methods, Lauri is an active participant, writer and speaker in the Nordic brand management community. Anita has a decade of experience in managing fast-growing businesses across Europe, with a unique talent for identifying novel prospects, fostering sustainable growth, and assembling robust teams.

Thomas has been an entrepreneur within digital marketing and online services for 20 years. Since 2009 his ambition has been in reinventing recruitment marketing by combining data, platforms and human creativity. He has been helping hundreds of customers with their talent acquisition campaigns and conducting dozens of job search and recruitment studies in the Nordics.

Dedicated to the talent field, Benjamin is working with companies such as SEB, EasyPark and Sinch to redefine what effective and authentic employee content looks like. He runs Local Glimpse, a modern employer branding agency dedicated to build Epic People Brands and Videos.

Fredrik Mellander serves as the Head of Partnerships at Teamtailor, where he plays a pivotal role in forging strategic collaborations and alliances. With extensive experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources, Fredrik leverages his expertise to create mutually beneficial partnerships for the company. His commitment to enhancing the recruitment process has been evident through his work, helping organizations optimize their hiring strategies.

Carl-Johan Kihlbom went from building software as a developer, to building a company as an agency founder and CEO, to building a great team as VP People & Culture at an HR tech startup. During that journey he became one of Teamtailor’s first users and has been a huge fan ever since.
