When reviewing multiple candidates for a position, it might be easier to compare them side by side. With the improved comparison window it’s easy to get a good overview of selected candidates.

Whether it’s all candidates in a certain stage, between your two favourites or just re-evaluate a rejected candidate, You can now easily compare all the relevant information, just like before but with these new fields:

• Answers and comments from interview kits, by all recruiters
• Screening criteria from co-pilot
• Current stage the candidate is in
• Application date

You can also easily compare all candidates in a stage from the options in the stage column. Other than that you can enjoy a great visual improvement and a much smoother experience.
