With Protected job templates, you can make sure your hiring setup stays exactly the way you want, every time it’s used.
When you mark a job template as Protected and a job is created from that template, the job automatically becomes protected too. This ensures that key parts of the job setup remain unchanged, so that it follows the same structure and best practices.
