Protected job templates 🔐

With Protected job templates, you can make sure your hiring setup stays exactly the way you want, every time it’s used.

Keep it consistent

When you mark a job template as Protected and a job is created from that template, the job automatically becomes protected too. This ensures that key parts of the job setup remain unchanged, so that it follows the same structure and best practices.

What’s protected?

When a job is protected, hiring managers and recruitment leads won’t be able to change most of the core setup, including:

• Job posting
• Application form
• Candidate interactions
• Stages and triggers

Admins will be able to change these fields.

What can still be changed?

Hiring managers and recruitment leads can:

• Manage the hiring team
• Publish or unpublish the job
• Promote
