Candidates can now sign their offers quickly and easily 🎈 The feature is fully integrated with our existing approval flows, so everyone on the recruiting team can approve and sign as part of the process.

E-signing can be enabled for job offers created using our Job offer feature. This allows your candidates to add their signature directly on the job offer page. Everyone gets notified when they have something to sign, keeping the process smooth and on track.

Signing process

Once the job offer has been generated, it will be sent to the candidate's email for signing. On the job offer page, they will find all the information added, along with a section at the bottom where they can add their signature.

Once fully signed, the job offer will be available for download on the candidate card under the Job offers section for users with access to it.
