Our AI assistant Co-pilot is getting another amazing update. It can now help you rediscover talent in your candidate pool. Co-pilot can help you write a job ad, suggest questions for the application form, provide a candidate and interview summary, suggest skills and traits, and more. It can now also search your entire talent pool for treasure you might not have known were there.

After activating the “Suggest existing candidates” feature for a job, Co-pilot will recommend candidates from past processes who may be a great fit for the role.

A super efficient way to search and find potential matches 🥳

If you also find that the candidate could be a great match for your job, add the candidate to the inbox stage. If you find that the candidate isn't a great fit, simply click Not a fit.
