You can now let candidates say no to a group meeting ✨
Until now, a candidate who couldn't make any of your sessions had no way to tell you. The invite just sat there, and a decline looked exactly like an unopened invite.
Now they get a Decline meeting option on the session picker, with an optional comment explaining why. On your side, every attendee has a real status: invited, booked or declined. The meeting overview shows the invited count with the accepted, declined and no response breakdown underneath, and each decline lands in the candidate's activity feed.
The invite is now a proper conversation too and it shows up in Messages and candidate replies thread back onto their card.
We also brought over a batch of smaller things from regular meetings:
- Message templates, placeholders and file attachments in the invite
- Delete a session that has no bookings, and see seats taken when editing one
- Interviewers with a connected calendar get the session added automatically
- Max candidates now defaults to 10, and sessions are created in your timezone
