There's a new Meeting insights tab on your jobs. It uses the interviews Copilot has already analysed and shows the patterns across all of them, so you don't have to read every summary one by one.
You'll see what candidates ask, with similar questions grouped together. Each group has the answers they got and a link back to the interview, and you can filter by theme like compensation, team or process.
You'll also see the most discussed topics, how well each interview kit is covered, and a few key stats: analysed interviews, questions per interview and kit coverage.
Use it to find what's missing from your job ad, and to prep interviewers on what candidates usually want to know.
Meeting insights is available for companies using Copilot meeting summaries.
